Our destination of the month is Costa Rica. A very popular destination for families, couples or honeymooners. This Central American country is just 51,000 square kilometres but has both the Caribbean and Pacific Ocean lapping on its shores.
A nature lover’s dream, Costa Rica is wonderfully diverse in both its landscapes and in the activities that it offers. Surf the Pacific waves of the remote Nicoya Peninsula, zip-line through the pristine cloud forest of Monteverde or watch sea turtles nest on the beaches of the Caribbean. For the less active, why not relax in hot springs while looking up at the majestic Arenal Volcano or simply enjoy the sandy beach.
Costa Rica’s appeal is further enhanced by the range of accommodation that it offers, with small rustic eco-lodges, luxury boutique hotels and large family-friendly resorts with a wealth of facilities.
