As we open our doors this week for the first time in three long months, we can’t wait to welcome our wonderful customers back! But there are some important changes we need to let you know about below, to help us keep you safe, whilst still giving you the full Traveltalk experience.
Visiting us
Our policy will enable us to assist one household in our store at any one time – this allows us to keep a safe 2 metre distance between you and our colleagues.
If you’d like to visit, we recommend booking an appointment over the phone. That way, we can make sure the store will be ready for when you arrive. If you don’t have an appointment, you’re still absolutely welcome to drop in to the shop providing there are no other customers already inside. Otherwise, we ask you to kindly try at another time or make an appointment.
Our opening hours remain the same:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5.30pm
Inside our store
We’ve got lots of measures in place to ensure your safety once inside, including 2 metre markings on the floor to help show you the safe distance required. We have installed clear screens on the counter to keep both our customers and colleagues safe and we are also fully equipped with gloves and masks, which our colleagues will use as needed. Hand sanitiser is available for both customers and colleagues and we have also increased the regularity of our cleaning regimes, including between clients.
