Overlooking the snow-dusted islands of the Luleå Archipelago, Brändön Lodge is the ideal base for a family winter adventure. Here, guests young and old can experience an array of seasonal excursions from husky sledding and guided snowmobiling to hovercraft trips, ice fishing and snowshoe hikes. This four-day break includes two such adventures – a wilderness skills course and husky safari across the pack ice of the archipelago, which freezes up to a metre thick during winter. Each evening you’ll return to a delicious dinner and the chance to relax in the sauna, complete with views across the frozen sea.
