Based in Harrogate, Aimi works with her clients to craft bespoke luxury holidays, bringing a wealth of insider knowledge from her personal travelling adventures to ensure their trip will be an experience of a lifetime.
What’s the best part of working for Ventur Luxury Travel?
I love tailor-making trips, hearing all about a client’s aspirations and curating the perfect itinerary for them – there’s no better feeling than when you get things just right and I find that so rewarding. With a lot of our clients looking for this kind of bespoke trip, it’s a big part of my job and the reason why I love it so much. It’s an honour to be trusted with finding that perfect fit for our clients– making their lives so much easier!
What’s been your favourite personal trip so far and why?
It would depend on what day you asked me!
I love Borneo – so relaxed, with beautiful beaches and wildlife. In Malaysia I visited an elephant orphanage just outside Kuala Lumpur, which included amputees who had been rescued. And seeing the orangutans at Sepilok was an adventure in itself – they are such beautiful mesmerising animals. Plus, I am not a beach person but the beaches on the South China Sea were beautiful.
On the flipside, I love the hustle and bustle of New York City too – the sightseeing, shows, shopping and each season is totally different.

What place is at the top of your bucket list and why?
Hands down – a safari. I love animals and to see them in their natural habitat has been at the top of my list for years. I’m hoping it may be a plan for my next big birthday!
What is your top tip for travellers?
Being organised! Having all your documentation together and arranged in order of when it is needed makes things so much more seamless. We like to make sure our clients are totally prepared by packing this all for them in a folder that’s ready to go, but then it’s over to you.
Quick fire questions
Most memorable meal away?
Hash a go-go in Las Vegas. My dad wanted some comfort food and not a large serving, but the top of the pie could have been a hat, the portion was enormous! We still laugh about it to this day.
One thing you cant travel without?
Lip balm and my kindle – I need a variety of books depending on my mood.
Something we don’t know about you?
Anywhere we go with a Hard Rock Café, I will get a magnet – I have them lined up on my fridge from the different locations.
How do you relax?
Yoga as it both energises and relaxes me. Also spending quality time with family and friends.
What is your guilty pleasure?
A pyjama day and obviously Cadbury’s Dairy Milk!
